Benefit Solutions for your Business!

DID YOU KNOW?

The bumble bee can not fly. According to the laws of aerodynamics, its body is too heavy for its wings.

But the bumble bee does not know this fact and so it flies any way.

A.S. Waldrop

We are just like the bumble bee!

We do the impossible because we don’t know any different.

With over 50 years of combined employee benefits experience from major health carriers to national brokerages and local agencies in between, Tonya Booth and Tom Mulnix joined to form Biz Benefits, LLC. As an independent firm, we serve a select group of clients, most who have been referred through other long-standing relationships. We believe in quality, not quantity – enabling us to bring an intimate level of focus and responsive service unmatched by the corporate giants.

OUR MISSION…

is to utilize our experience to help you achieve your benefit goals and manage costs effectively while navigating the complex employee benefits compliance landscape.

OUR VISION…

comes from our clients, not shareholders. From the simple to the complex - identifying the best strategies, technologies, and processes to achieve our clients’ goals is what drives us. Not sales quotas or national initiatives from a home office.
